After moving to a new place and starting a new job, I haven't been and dont see myself using my plane enough to justify keeping it. Here are the rough details and a picture but I will take more time and update with better photos and exact numbers later this week.

1976 150M, 2450TT 570SMOH Painted and new glass last July. Dual nav/coms; Kx155 w/ GS and Narco MK12D. Interior is original but in good shape, I just repainted it and it turned out nice. I've owned it for about two and a half years and have put just over 200 hours on it. Aircraft has been hangared since paint and is located in southern Ohio (PMH) Asking 28,000 and not in a huge hurry to sell so dont bother offering 20k

Its possible Ill change my mind as Ive been kicking it around alot over the past couple months but after stopping at the airport tonight and seeing the dirt that has accumulated on it over the past few weeks Im pretty sure its time to move on

Chad,

Why don't you get some partners in the plane, you still get to fly it when you want to and others share in the cost and keep it running on a regular basis.

Just a thought. I'm considering doing the same with mine...

Chad,
What a pretty plane! The paint looks so nice and I can't imagine the interior. Good luck with the selling.
Regards, smile

Thanks for the thoughts guys, I considered the partner thing but I'm too particular and have seen the way other people treat things and just assume not have someone else to clean up after. There is a champ club at the local airport that is pretty cheap so I think if I do sell, I'll fly that to keep current and rent a 172 if I need to. Just don't have the time to do the maintenance, cleaning and have time left to fly right now

You may simply need an attitude adjustment. smirk

I know it's a tough, tough call, Chad so good luck with which ever way this falls.

The truth is that very few of us have the time to fly and maintain our planes the way we really want to....most just accept that and do the best we can.

Oh yeah, the picture look awesome. whistle

Chad, a gentleman contacted me by email and asked that you contact him regarding the airplane. I'm sending you a PM with his info if you're interested in following up.

Thanks for the thoughts Jim, definently not an easy decision but I think I'm going to go ahead and try to sell it for now.

Thanks Dan, didn't think about people outside of this forum not being able to private message.
