Thanks. Nice to meet you all.

I have been away from flying a long time, but am getting back into it and think I want to look for a 150/150 down the road (maybe early next year). For the time being, I just have to admire them from here.

Welcome Matt,

Just where is here for you?
We have club members all over the place and I am sure you could possibly hook up with some of us.
Maybe even bum a ride or two. grin

Hi Ron,

I live in Denver, but have never flown in this area. I did get a really nice note and introduction to the 150/150 from David Rowland, who lives up in Erie, I believe. I also got some really great advice from Wayne Westerman.

I haven't flown in something like 17 years (as a teenager and college student), having given it up when it was no longer in my career plans. But I miss it badly, and am looking to get a current medical and some hours in a rented 150 over the next few weeks. Then, tucking away a few nickels to buy one of my own.

I have to say, they were both fantastic in terms of giving time and advice to a complete stranger. Once I do actually get myself in the air again, I'll definitely owe both a few coffees/beers.

Hey, Matt! Glad to see you made it! That arm twisting wasn't too bad, now was it? smile
