They'll be beating the doors down to buy that one.

I love how it says "Not a Wreck".

These are NOT the Droids you are looking for.

Interesting, some of the performance claims:
5. Cruise at 130 MPH (red line at 185 MPH)

Vne on every 150 is 163MPH, 193mph if you have an Aerobat

Honestly, I don't see how they can up the Vne 22mph just 'cause a 180HP engine can pull it through the air faster....

In sellers listing:

•Who are we ? - I am an individual who has over 22 years experience in maintaining aircraft. To legally sell parts in Michigan , we had to become a licensed aircraft dealer , for this reason, we have to charge sales tax to Michigan residents and those who come to pick up items. Sorry these are not my rules

Then someone posts a question to the seller:

Q: saw your ad do you have any parts for 1974 commander 112 thanks chris
A: Is that the airplane that looks like a 172 but has a tube frame? If so, I know someone who has two complete airframes in parts and wants to sell them. Thanks Gino

I guess 22 years is enough to recognize a Commander 112 is a tube-fuselage 172

Andrew,

All it needs to make it the perfect ad for the gullible in aviation, "Fresh Annual!"

Warmest regards,
Rick
