Just passing along an add I found at KGCM last week. I will look and see if it is out at the get together this weekend.

Mark, if you run into him let him know that he has an 1968 H model, not an F. F serial numbers fall in the range of 15061533 - 15064532. His serial number (1506812) falls in the range of 1968 H models (15067199 - 15069308)

According to the Club's database, serial number 15064812 is a G model. While Cessna's marketing department calls it a 1967, the FAA goes by the manufactured year and calls it a 1966. My plane was built in November 1979; it's marketed as a 1980, but the FAA calls it a 1979. Fine with me, makes it one year older and less property tax. grin

So if a plane has a laminated Checklist and a laminated Passenger Safety Briefing Card - how over, over, over the top is that? grin
