I've no connection with this airplane other than it's parked not far from my spots at KRYN. The business that used it for flight training is shutting down due to retirement (heard this from the manager of my tie down spaces, as I don't know the owners). The paint is faded a bit, the panel is very basic, and the TSMOH is high. However, it was topped just 25 hours ago and Arizona aircraft don't collect the corrosion that lowers TBO (typical to run 2400 hours or so out here). I'm a bit baffled why this thing hasn't been snapped up already.
