I noticed this Cessna 150G for sale by owner at the Decatur, AL (KDCU) airport the other day.
I took these pictures to pass along to the club. I do know that the owner currently owns this 150G and a Beech Bonanza. The paint on this plane appeared to be very nice.
I find it odd how sellers advertise the specs on the plane. The spec sheet plainly states, 'All ADs in compliance,' yet the placard on the panel says, 'Spins Prohibited.'

Kinda makes one wonder about the rudder stop AD?
Could be, he just forgot to remove the placard.
The placard would be in compliance with the AD, if the stops were not replaced? Would it not?

Actually this placard would be required due to the Madras Super Droop Tips. Also negates the need to install the AD kit if you can't spin it anyway! Tighten up Reverend Phillips!
