Part #40-76A

If you have an extra (dent-free) rim that would look good on Foxie, toss me a PM.

Thanks!

...actually, Broadies has it for $565 new.

This is the HD 6.00X6 Nose wheel assy.used on the heavy duty gear.
Kinda rare to find used......unless you can find some other Cessna model that used it, so a salvage yard won't charge you a premium price.....

Thanks Bri. Also, Air Suppliers $465.00

I'm going to treat this like a treasure hunt.

My IA goes up to a salvage yard several times a month, I can have him look, and get his "IA" price rather than you calling and getting a "street price"...

Is yours damaged? I sure would live with dents for gold prices on wheel rims.....

Foxie needs a nose job! Poor girl frown

The rim is dented, but has probably been that way for a zillion years. So yes Bri, please ask your IA if he wouldn't mind looking around. Gracias!

Brenda,
May try contacting Joe Neff, josefneff@comcast.net. Is a member of this club. I gave him the 3-piece wheel rims I had earlier this year, one being damaged.
I would not use the 3-piece rims myself, we had one come apart taxing. Although the blame could be attributed to me since I had anti-seized the allen bolts (they were Torqued) and inflated tires to 30 pounds instead of 20. I really think they should be able to handle that.

Thanks though Mark! I'll see what Brian's IA comes up with and will keep lookin' around if he doesn't have any luck.

Here's the full view of the HD nose gear option. About 12 psi works best on mine as the fork clearance is minimal.
