Hi everyone,

I just figured out that this is where I should post to look for a 150/ 152.

I recently messed up our 150 on a landing to taxi accident at our overgrown narrower than posted runway. The insurance company decided to buy her from us instead of repair her.

My flying partner will stick with me, and so we are looking for a replacement. I can't get the club's classified section to open, so I haven't been able to check there. Have also been looking at Barnstormers, ASO, etc, but it almost seems hard to investigate, and figure out which ones are good and most seem so far away from Wisconsin.

This is how we came by our present 150, Jim. I posted an ad in Barnstormers stating specifically what we were looking for. And then we let the seller(s) come to us. Our present airplane was never advertised. And by doing this it immediately puts you, the buyer, in the better bargaining position.
