It's been listed before. I figure if he can't write a coherent sentence, then he probably can't read a maintenance manual. Also, looks like he used a grinder to take the paint off the fuselage.

Looks like maybe he used Roloc discs! If he used the right ones, no problem. If he used the wrong ones (too course) or sanding discs, he likely damaged the Alclad and every rivet he touched. Too hard to tell what kind of discs are laying on that wing.
