Call Aviation Solutions

Ask for Monica, 1-877-353-1047

She should be able to get you a better quote.

Check with AOPA Insurance too. Avemco is very high.

In case no one has told you yet, Avemco is the most expensive insurance company out there. smile

My first year of my plane was around $800 (not through Avemco).

I have been using AOPA insurance company, but any of the ones mentioned can get you a better rate.

There was another place on the other side horz. stab.leading edge and under that was more plainly related to the painting rather that corrosion. Definitely an over-paint rather that the full-monty job Brian showed.

This was also interesting . . .

In the background is the 150 on which I have been working off the annual squawks. The owner-friend is also a student pilot and new to ownership. I got him to join the club & forums, but he is a bit shy and has yet to introduce himself here (despite my continued brow-beating wink )

Wow what's up with that wrinkle in the headliner? Possible airframe damage?

Nah, just the headliner. This is not a usual location for the speaker.

That's exactly where my speaker is and just what it looks like too. 1970 150K

Hadn't noticed it here before on others 150's. Nice to know it is a standard install.

If anyone knows of any other 150s or 152s in the Fort Worth area let me know. If I do get this one I'm going to have to figure out how to get it to Spinks.

Edit- Just did an AOPA quote. 796 a year. I may wind up moving my renters insurance to them too if I don't wind up with an airplane.
