Depending on overall condition and if engine STC is taken care of, may be a decent project for someone with an a&p and extra space they are not paying rent on.

And hasn't moved since.

IF the 2500 hour airframe is corrosion free, IF the engine has been pickled, IF the 150-150 paper trailer is in order, IF everything is there.................with long range tanks it might be worth a look see.

Its been listed for several months. Funny no takers. Maybe the "ifs" add up to a larger if ....If only hadn't seen that add.

The world is filled with possibilities and, BTW, stranger things have happened.....her giving permission/blessing I mean.


But back on the topic at hand, if the "ifs" lined up it would be worth a look see.....in my view anyway.

Its worth a good look. I bought N5970T that had new prop. oversize tires, HD nose gear Horten Stol installed, Horten wing tips but the owners hadn't sent in their bill of sales. Had a stack of em. Took a chance bought it for 8 grand but spent more than a year getting the paperwork staight. Its in my name now. It was a nitemare because I had to track down a couple previous owners who didn't sign or filled out the bill of sale wrong.

Mine has the Avcon conversion. They are no longer around so one is on his own.
