Trying to plan a route from just north of San Francisco to Clinton.

I hear about a Northern route that starts at KAUN (Auburn) which I know well and the next stop given is Rawlins WY that takes me through some terrain that is above 9,500 so to clear I would need to fly at 12,500 or better. Someone has figured this route out could you post it so that I can plan to attend.

Thanks.

Search this post " California to or from the East "Might be a little too far North but lower altitudes and apparently great scenery

A couple of good stories on the Clubs Home Page about members from the west coast flying to Clinton.
Here's ONE, [cessna150-152.com] and ANOTHER [cessna150-152.com] one.

Don't know if they help but fun to read.
