That is a scam listing. The "seller" will claim to be out of town, state, or country and unable to meet in person. Then, they will suggest the use of eBay's escrow service. The scammers can be very convincing, but there is no such thing as an eBay escrow service. The fake web site they set up is just there to steal your money.

Try offering to meet the seller to pay cash, if you want to have some fun. When they claim they are somewhere else, tell them you have a buddy or family member where they are that can pay them cash on your behalf. No matter what you suggest, the will refuse to meet and will insist on the fake escrow service.

People have mostly caught onto the too good to be true offers with automobile listings, so the scammers are finding other high dollar items to use as bait, like avionics.
