Now that a few of you guys have seen my project, What do you think a fair price was to pay for it. A bit more info about the project. I had to replace the belly skin right below the seats and might have to replace one of the leading edge skins due to mice nests. most of the basic instruments were included with the ariplane as well as new carpet, headliner and all the fiberglass wingtips, elevator and rudder tips. I also got a new set of 600-6 tires and tubes and a new front tire and tube 500-5. I have all the old fiberglass and an extra set of elevators with minor damage were included at the time of purchase. Just want to know if i got a fair deal at $3800.00 dollars. What do you guys think.

That's ball park, I think. I paid $3,500 (I think) for my 150C, complete less O-200A, but with a damaged right main gear, lower skins, and both wingtips. To get her, I had to take a good 150M fuselage and wings with no log books (N714LY) as part of the package. I bought the David Lowe tailwheel STC ($500) and a damaged 140 fuselage on the gear ($400, I think) for the tailwheel conversion parts I'll need. So that's what, $4,400 tied up in the 150C? At least yours is on the gear!
