Mr. Farmer:

Okay, it's missing a few things! When are you starting on it? What year/model?

Welcome to the best Club on the internet!

'61 or '62 150B?

I've a 150C in a little worse shape that will get a tailwheel conversion. Keep us informed?

And, we need a little more information in your profile if you really want some help near you! Here's a little help posting the pic.

The FAA database says it's a 1961.

By s/n it's a 1962 150B, according to Cessna.

The FAA doesn't recognize model year (mid-year to mid-year).... just year of manufacture (Jan 1st .... Dec 31st.)

This appears to be a 1962 model certified in late 1961, so shows up on the FAA registry as a 1961.

They call her the halffast airplane. They fly Tigers, 182's ,etc. Don't know what they're missing.

Hey dave,
My serial number is 15072749 and call it a '71 but its really a '72. I had heard that they were spitting these things out by the tens per day. I guess that they were only feet away when built. Mine fits together pretty well so I think it is a Wednsday morning plane.

Herb, well it isnt missing all those parts, I have the wings, tailfeathers, cowling ect. its basically missing the firewall forward. I had to replace the belly skin due to a mouse nest, but that went well. A bit more riveting to do and all will be good. I'm currently working on the project when I get the time and money. I build kitchen cabinets part time so I can work on my project, so the building process is slow.
