No Problem, I'll be flying either my Ercoupe or Fly Baby and both are LSA, so I'll be legal.

My point is that people who fly LSA cease to exist once they stop getting the medical, so the FAA has no way of knowing the actual number of active pilots.

But Jim, BFR's are not reported to the FAA.
