Bill, G'day, I might have found something that fits the bill.... Two seats, heaps of luggage space, and LSA (by the look of it) at least down here anyway. Looks like its from the makers of Jabiru as it has a real Jabiru feel about it...engine, controls, tailboom and many many more fixtures and fittings etc The back half of it swings open in two sections (see pics), so its almost conceivable that you could remove the doors altogether for dispatching crap out the back at your friends on the ground... Anyway, here it is....Enjoy Cheers

Two more pic's for ya Bill - these are during construction
Enjoy
But...its appears like it might be a "One Off" at this stage
I guess we'll have to wait and see if it comes out as a kit in due course

Love that access! Now that design can prove to make this a very useful airplane!

Hey!
A mini C-130! Avocet? What's the model? Is it a kit or production aircraft?
Interesting aircraft, especially if it has good shortfield/off-field capability.
Just read Bill's post and link:
Avocet Outback d'uh.

Wow! love that back door! Reminds me of the ones on the OV-10. USAF used to drop (maybe they still do?) Spec Ops guys out the back of the Bronco.

Or a strange variation of this, from the 1950's maybe - oh, and its an Auster, same linage as my Airedale, and in fact, your Taylorcraft aeroplanes - bet you didn't know that
this was an Air Ambulance
