I have a '63 straight tail, and couldn't begin to guess it's value now (tailwheel project) or later (low-time airworthy). Nobody's ignoring your posts. I suspect none of us have any input that would be of any real value to you. There aren't that many fastbacks for sale at any given time, so it's extremely hard to "track the market". Mike 4JY is a 1977 3700 TTAF and 1950 SMOH, 400STOH full IFR with ok paint, I advertised it for $15,900 (2 calls) I would take 12,000 today if someone offered.My guess if i had to sell the price would have to be 7-8000 to get rid of it. I am glad nobody wants a high engine time 150. John p.s. A quality overhaul is $12-19000 depending on new accessories and including new cylinders

Lots of research over several months on Barnstormers and Trade-A-Plane and the like gave me a much better feel for what I found to be a reasonable price. [Linked Image] http://g-awaw.org/
