But I didn't gather there was much wiggle room in the price. I spoke to Tom at First Flight for a pre-buy, focusing on the engine health. I will meet up with them both again tomorrow morning before heading north for my flight home. It didn't feel like the price was going to go down though.

If you are open to suggestions, I would plan coming up the east side of the mountains. Weather is typically more stable and friendly going that route. If you happen to come our way.
