Dear next owner:

A quick note to let you know that 16Golf just received it's 5th- 25 hour oil/filter change of 2005. My mechanic at Orzel Aviation ( Eric at D98- Romeo, MI) tells me that my oil is so clean that it could propbably be reused in somebody else's plane. Oil filter was opened and inspected. No surprises- no discrpencies noted.

While at D98 (Romeo State Airport), 16Golf received two different compliments in the 15 minutes that I was in the terminal. Typical.

Warning to the next owner of N5816G: Be prepared to receive compliments everywhere you go.

Someone is going to end up with an extra special plane...

Thanks for the feedback (I think?).

Actually I'm a designer. I design the roads and bridges that make the whole world sing.

So sue me Barry Manilow...

Roads and bridges, interesting

Any chance you could design some roads and bridges that didn't get clogged with cars. Here in Sydney we have some really good roads/bridges, however they all lead to places where there are traffic problems, if someone could design as system that let traffic flow smoothly through major traffic generators we'd have half a chance of these flash roads and bridges not becoming parking lots, after all there not much point in having great roads if you can't move on them

Any ideas.....

Hey Ed,

In the name of brevity, I refer you to my response to this same question posed by Hazman a few days ago.The short answer is I'm in the market for a Maule M-6. To save me a lot of typing please look under Buyers and Sellers, and then scroll down under the sub-topic 1970 150K pictures (hopefully).

If you need additional information, just let me know. Frankly, it seems counterintuitive to try to sell a Cessna 150 on a forum consisting of 150/152 OWNERS. My best guess is that very few of our members are in the market for a 150, but perhaps our members know of a "planeless" aspiring owner...

Then you have a host of others on the forum, like me, who don't own but are looking to buy. At the same time we're gaining knowlege on various items (or quirks) particular to each year model. My wants are, preferably a 1977 M-model. I'd settle for an L-model or would even consider a 152 as an option, therefore you missed it by at least a year. Close, but no cigar. Perhaps others are out there, also, just lurking in the background.

Look at the stats on the club. What, something like 1500 members and, I figure maybe a hundred will post a question regularly? HHhhmmmm, that leaves 1400 others. Are they all owners? I doubt it, or they'd be posting questions or replys from their experiences. There must be others interested.

Still lookin'...

I think there's more non-owners here than you'd expect. I'm the kind of guy that like to learn a lot before making any big purchase like a plane. Where better than a type club?

Besides, this place gives me somewhere to hang out while I'm saving up for that down payment.
