Hey, This [cgi.ebay.com] could possibly be a good deal on an older set of wheel pants. But, also look at the picture? I could almost rethink about painting Whiskey Juliette!

Let's say one decides to paint their airplane using this scheme and colors. But really doesn't want to leave all of that bare aluminum. For you with an artistic eye. What color would you recommend to replace that bare aluminum?

Bill,

G'day

Why not leave it all in cream (or what ever that base colour is) with those accent strips - I think that would be ok

Cheers

I like the way you are thinking, Matt.

I'd go with the orange accents over the red, with that cream color base.

I'd go dark blue. It would be a complimentary contrast and would increase the airplanes visibility, making it easier to spot air-to-air.
