Just acquired this Cessna 150M, powered by a 150hp Lycoming 0-320-E2A. This is an Avcon Conversion, completed in 1993. Long range fuel tanks were installed at that time as well(38 gal). The plane is currently out of annual. Date of last annual was June of 2000. Scoped the engine and saw no signs of corrosion, so we did install a battery, and fired it up. Started good, showed good oil pressure, ran good, but rough on the left mag. Compression check showed cylinders 1-3 all 74 or higher, cylinder 4 was a bit lower at 64. Time SMOH is 1574 hours. The plane will need some work to get back into the air, and would make somebody a good winter project. Interior is complete, and for the most part in decent shape. A few cracks, but I've seen much worse. I would paint it and reinstall most of the plastic. Door panels, headliner, baggage compartment panels, and front post panels are all servicable. Needs new carpet and seat covers. Good glass, windshield has been replaced, side windows are average for age. Avionics include a TKM MX-300 Navcom, and Cessna 300 Transponder. Both are of unknown condition. I had a partial display on the Navcom, but really haven't checked it out. Was working when plane last flew.

Airframe TT: 6723 Hrs

TSMOH: 1574 Hrs

McCawley Prop: TSPO: 792 Hrs

Avcon 150hp STC
Brackett Airfilter
Long Rang Tanks
TKM MX-300 Digital Nav Com
Wheel Pants

Complete and detailed logs since day, both airframe and engine.

All papwork including weight and balance, STC drawings for 150hp conversion are included.
