These are just first impression responses.

One: A lot of money spent just to sell. Look under the covers very closely but a possible.

Two: Too high

Three: Possibly

Four: Too much

Five: Maybe a little high but worth a looksie

I wonder about people who own an airplane and don't even know what the manufacturer's recommended engine TBO is. "Never owned by a flight school" but owned by a CFI--notice he never said never used for instruction. On another "nice airplane for the money"--I'd expect something better than "nice" for 25K.
