Pretty plane! There appears to be more and more 150/150's down under $30,000. What I do not understand is why they seem not to be selling?

Not much is selling right now... I delivered a Citation 501... Mid Life motors and nice P&I $225K....

That leaves 145 Citations on the market each has been there 365+ days

One would think if you're trying to sell an airplane, the least you could do is clean the dirt and mildew off the panel before taking the picture. cry

I wonder if the mirror on the left wing is to check for 'gear down'?

Hmmm - I dunno about you, but....You'd kinda think....

1. If you had in your "check list" that prior to starting the engine, you'd look in the mirror to check for chocks and towbar... that,

2. You'd have in your checklist, prior to getting in the plane, to remove the chocks and towbar in the first place??????? crazy

Just thinking out loud confused

At 79 years old...a mirror to double check something doesn't seem out of line smile Kinda clever really.
