Have you thought about using the full float version of the Shark Series III from Downwind Technology? They are lighter and stronger, and "cleaner" aerodynamically as they are made of Kevlar. They are not "certified" however the Cert standards are very vague. I have been told by my DER it's an easy do. Also, for the same weight you could add gear.
