For a number of reasons, I have decided I need to sell my airpark lot at Tampa North.

If you know anyone interested please pass along the info. Royson was kind enough to get it into the club classifieds (under Misc.), and you can also see it at:

You will hate selling it. I realize that money, job security and many other issues enter into the decision, but you will always wish you lived with your airplane.

Why dontcha buy one up here? grin I'm sure Terry could hook you up with a heck of a deal on one smile If you twisted my arm a little, I'd look after it and keep the lot company,

Oh I haven't given up on that dream. It's just not going to be there. Unfortunate because I've had my heart set on it for quite awhile now....but when the time comes, who knows, I may end up some place better.

That's one beautiful piece of airport property, Sandy.

If I were ready to settle down, I would definitely consider it.
