I'm putting together another shopping list and having trouble locating these items for sale (other than official Ce$$na parts). Living in the desert, rubber bits get really dried out so the rubber seal glued onto the door and the trim that goes around the inside of the door window opening are toast. What is the recommendation for these items?

Kendel, after quite a bit of research I found: http://www.dannoenterprises.com/index.htm
I bought their weatherstrip for sealing around my doors. Twenty five feet of part# LP 80A extrusion 'D' closed cell foam @ $1.00 per foot. It is not self-adhesive, so I used black super weatherstrip adhesive. I'm happy with it, especially the cost. smile

This sounds good, but is it FAA-approved? Or is that not necessary for door weatherstripping?

The approved Cessna door seals were not expensive IIRC. You don't need that much, < 18' so how bad could it be?
