wow. $45K. that's as much as I've got in my plane by now, and my plane is isn't even close to this nice. Not even close. Looks like a turn-key, like-new airplane...

I've been on the AOPA Forum, and C-150s are getting the usual bad-mouthing from the usual blowhards.

One such blowhard denigrated Jeff's plane because it has 7000 TTAF hours. He said something about aluminum fatigue.

Is 7000 hours really a lot, in C-150 years? My plane has about 6200 TTAF hours.

Mine is just coming up on 8000 TT and everyone who has looked at it says its in great shape. It all depends on how it has been maintained and flown. I've seen Jeff's plane, I'd take it over a 2200 HR run of the mill bird any day.

I wouldn't hesitate to fly a 150 or 152 with 5 digit hours. 6 digits, even (of course it has to be properly maintained...)
