Out of curiosity, why did you decide to use a broker? Were you just trying to avoid the hassle, or does it yield a higher net price. I have purchased through brokers in the past with good results, but never tried to sell through one. When I did look into it, the guy I talked to acted like any plane selling for under $50K was not worth his time for the commission he would earn. thnaks for your insight.
