1800 hours SMOH. Hmmmm. Note in the 3rd pic, the leftside door is sprung out at the bottom -- does not lie flush with the fuselage shell. Mine is like that, almost.

No accidents listed. Top that baby when it becomes necessary and I bet there is a lot of good flying left in it. That is, if there is nothing else wrong!

I am wondering if the door just is not completely latched...........

I'm not sure I want to buy a plane that's advertised as "This plane will not last long". grin

Looking at the pictures makes me think it's been sitting a while, and there may be some substantial corrosion issues.

Having it in a nice hanger may be misleading. It may have been just pulled in to take pictues of it and it has been sitting outside?

That truly is an odd advertising slogan. Hopefully he means, won't be for sale long before someone buys it.

Definitely a good fixer upper, if one is good at fixing uping.

Something you could check. The hinge pins. At annual this year I pulled my doors and 2 out of the 4 were broken. One in the middle and not noticable. The other one had the end and 1/2 inch missing.
