Thought I would try the membership for this rare and elusive item on the used market. Plenty of older spinners out there...

Mine has worn too thin at the fwd bulkhead pressure plate.

Part # is 0450042-1 or -2. Must be for L or M model 150 or A150 made in 1971 or later and be a FAA certified part. May be interested in back/front plates too.

If you are not into metal spinners the composite ones now show approval for the 150's. I can't find the link but it was in the last airplane owner booklet.

Ray, I may need those plates. If you would please take a measurement of your spinner (diameter x length) and post it here. I'm trying to figure out if my spinner is a Cessna part so when I do get a new spinner it fits on my plates or I may need yours.

Anyone with a 150L, M spinner care to add their dimensions, please. Can be measured on the plane - length estimate, diameter - use a string, measure circumference(c), dia = c/pi.

Dale, I have a message in to TCB Composites, but I'm not optomistic. They only list the spinners for the K and earlier 150's.

Hey Ken, I went thru the same thing last spring on my 1971 150L. The composite spinners are only certified up to the K models. I wasn't able to find anything that was approved other than getting the official Cessna spinner and forward bulkhead. I got mine from Ying Ling aviation...big ouch$$$$
mad mad sick

Good Luck
