That one has been for sale for quite a while. It also has wheels and skis. IIRC, the guy was asking $70,000CDN.

Not to hijack this thread, but do any of you Canadians know if I were to re-register my 150-C with a "C" tailnumber, taking advantage of the owner-maintenance program, could I legally make modifications such as tailwheel conversion, without a U.S. STC?

I understand, of course, that I'd never be able to fly the airplane in the U.S. again. However, since my wife and I maintain a second home in Manitoba, it wouldn't be such a hardship -- perhaps, in the long run, saving as much as the total value of the airplane in annual inspections alone. But, then there's the tax consideration -- here in Kansas, the 45-year-old airplane is exempt as an "antique." I'm assuming there probably would be some tax liability in Canada.

Whaddya think, eh?

Here's the COPA guide for the owner-maintenance. It should answer your questions.
