My A/P-A/I is getting ready to retire. Columbia River Air Repair is for sale at HRI and Denny and Linda have built a very loyal following and made a very good living from their business. Can't remember the details, but the hangar (7500 s.f. I think) is part of the sale and I think Denny will stay around to transition customers if you so desire. He services the local Ag fleet, and people fly from about a 100+ mile radius to have him take care of their birds.
The hangar is great with an office and a 2nd floor "Pilot Lounge" above the office area. Hermiston is a great little town with a very nice airport.
How about it Gary....ready to leave that desolation called Texas and move to the great Pacific Northwest?
