Club Member Dale Herseth is selling his 150 in the club classifieds. He brought the airplane to Page last year, and I recall being very impressed, it is a sharp looking airplane. The other details also seem to bear out Dale's claim that this is a "much better than average 150." Could be an excellent airplane for someone who appreciates pride of ownership, asking $25K.

That is a very nice looking airplane. Price seem right, too.

Dale, if you are checking in on this, your name sounds familiar to me. PM me if you get the same feeling ...

That looks really nice, and the overhaul time isn't hurting it either.

DANG! I guess I should have posted this under "Everthing Else". All I really wanted to know was how many areas of compatibility we might share! smile

My wife tells me the only person I have been dating lately is myself!

Another nice one added to the classifieds this afternoon, Also in Arizona. According to Club Member Frank Stookey this 1974 150L was restored to immaculate condition by a professional restorer just prior to his purchasing it. According to Frank, anything on the airplane that was not like new was replaced with brand new parts, including the engine, which now has 280 hours total time. Frank tells me this airplane is a ten out of ten, and just appraised for $37K. He's asking $33,400. While not an outright bargain, it does appear to be one of those needle in a haystack kind of C150's.

Looking at the pics, she looks quite nice,, If nothing,, "zero", needs to be done to it,, maybe a bit on the high side, but a decent deal never the less.

Cheaper can be had,, but I also suspect they need a few things,, and when you get into it, anything you do to these planes seems to add up in a hurry,,

Royson,
I have not checked in here for a few days. Thanks for the Kudo's on my plane. It is a nice plane and I kind of hate to sell it. However, we have an opportunity to buy a new house due to the lower market. So I need some extra cash to make it happen. I will probably be without a plane for a couple years, but I will certainly look at another C-150 when the time is right.

If anyone wants more pictures or has questions feel free to ask. Emailing me is best as I dont check in here every day.

Thanks again Royson,
Dale
