Went today and looked at the 152 for you. Pictures previously posted are about what I saw. I will post mine pictures tomorrow. Was very impressed. 320 TT on the tach! neopreme valve cover gaskets looked good. Nose tire almost new. Main tires worn and need to be replaced. Interior and paint 10 out of 10. Just a sratch or two from the cowling being removed. Call me and I'll get into more detail.

John if you want the full resolution photos (these are downsized to (640x480) from the orginals - I can burn a disk and send it to you. (whoops - I included a couple twice!) gar
All the photographs are of a 1978 Cessna 152 hangered at Chino Airport. 320 hrs tach time, 282 hrs hobbs time. Yes it is the same airplane; I contacted John and talked to Leah, and he had a man named Dennis let me into the hanger so that I could look and take the pictures. It looks pretty good considering that it is 30 yrs old. The engine cosmetically looks like the pictures, it does not look new. The leading edge of the wing is perfect, as are the landing gear shrouds (not quite sure of their proper label).
im awaiting his call. he was off to nurburgring (spelling?) for testing with chevy and he said he could be gone two weeks, maybe three or more. i think its been more than three since we talked. maybe he has cold feet? PLUS, i just spent a crapload on my commercial glider rating and that ate up some of my downpayment, so a delay is kinda good.
