OK, floats ... those look like they might be EDO 1650's ... they sell here for $8,000 - $12,000 depending on condition. Skis .... if the are Landis Airglass, they wouldn't sell for less than $1,000, and they could easily be worth $2,000 ... and that's for 2, you get 3 here, so let's just say $2,500 for the skis and $10,000 for the floats. $69.5k - $12.5k is $57K. Three props, long range tanks, light weight starter and alternator, nice paint, mid-time 150HP motor, new glass .... it doesn't sound outrageous to me. It's certainly on the high side, but there's a lot of airplane here. That may be the best Northern set up I've seen for a 150 (but I haven't been to the peninsula to visit Michael Sibley yet). If Cliff is willing to negotiate at all, this seems like a good opportunity for someone.
One note of caution however, gear changeovers can be expensive if you don't do it yourself, and you could end up doing it 4 times a year (floats to wheels, wheels to skis, skis to wheels then wheels back to floats). I know, because I do it with my cub every year.
