Recent conversion? The owner's obviously losing money on this sale, but I think has priced the plane fairly, considering the higher total time and "damage history". A lot of work went into that wood panel overlay, but that's gotta go! Like all aircraft of this vintage, there are some things that will need attention. I don't "see" any deal breakers! I would want to know exactly which model number engine is installed.
There are likely comparable Cessna 150/150's in this price range I would compare this one to.
