R&R is very simple. I have been doing it on all my props (except the Cardinal constant speed) and there is not much too it.

What I do on the install is put it all back on, take the bolts to snug, torque them, but allow my A/P to check the torque to his satisfaction before I safety wire and finish the assembly. That way I get the log book entry I need and he doesn't charge me anything for that.
