Just to respond to an earlier post, I didn't tell the broker he was horrible, that's just what I had in mind <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Anyhow, just got off the phone with him and we worked it out. He's had some bad experiences with buyers the last couple days as I have with sellers. I didn't think suggesting he was hiding something would rub him the wrong way but it did. No worries, all was explained and we're back on track now.
I let him know what I was willing to spend and he's goin to talk to the owner about the offer before I fly up to see it. That was at least a mild compromise. I'll let you all know how it goes. Keep your fingers crossed! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
