I thought the original owner said he was a "Perfectionist"???? in his comments on eabay? To me a perfectionist "goes by the book" only, his hangar has painted floors with no clutter, (if you drop a sandwhich, you could pick it up and eat it right off the floor--even though a perfectionist would not let you eat around the plane) the lighting is very good in the hangar, no dirt or dust around, etc.
