My personal estimate of what it would take to transform this back into a very reliable, solid flyer...

Engine overhaul: $25,000
Exterior Paint: $12,500
Interior Refurb: $2,500


Won't even go to instruments.

Let's face it - this is a nearly "all original" 1966 airplane. It needs just about everything, but it would STILL be a bargain.

Try buying anything NEW and you're at $125K with an LSA.
