I’m stressed about the NOTAM. I’ve watched the videos. I’ll do my best. Is Saturday, Sunday or Monday better to arrive if I only have two nights. Does the day matter? I want Samira to have an interesting time.
If any of those three days would be equally good then I’ll try for Saturday. What do you think?
Don’t be stressed. Be confident because you have studied the NOTAM and have good skills. Still not so sure? Take notes. Make cheat cards for each of the approaches. And the holding areas.
My experience is earlier in the day and earlier in the week is less traffic. ATC suggests arriving at the transition point at 7am. I would avoid Thur-Sun arrivals unless you MUST see the weekend show, but be prepared.
