The plane flew in from NW Arkansas- I understand the landing gear were not retracted for the trip.
I imagine a mechanic could do this updates and it would be in the tens of thousands of dollars. Avionics are (I think) )were updated about 20 years back by a previous owner and work.
I’ve cranked it up and taxied it and every thing seemed very much like a C182 I flew about 8 years
The interior would need a lot of attention could be where most $$ could be spent.
35k for the plane and 65k for modest improvements and repairs. What would be the value of a speedy 4 place high wing airplane- more than 100k.
