Prison is too good.

They deserve to die, but slowly and painfully. As slow, tortuously and as miserable as possible. Evil does not even begin to describe the scammers. String 'em up and skin 'em alive. Give them just enough water and food to stay alive and alert so they feel... I mean really feel the pain over hours... days... weeks.... whatever it takes. 24/7 - constant, unrelenting pain.

Alternatively, we could have them listen to endless Disco from the late 70's.
