Brian, The previous owner was right here in Lincoln which made it very convenient. I was renting 172s from the local FBO when this came up for sale. It took me 2 days to decide and honestly have never, not once regretted it. It’s a great little airplane and has been well taken care of. I’m 70 years old now and just don’t fly as much as I used to. I have access to a friends 172 just about any time I want so it makes more sense to sell now. I can send additional pics if you like.
