there are very few planes that can be bought sight unseen. This is one of them.
There's a very good reason she's called the "Duchess".......because she is one.....royalty pedigree through and through.
There's a lot of neglected junk out there but the Duchess is on the opposite end of the spectrum.......this is a deal waiting to be consummated by a smart (and lucky) buyer.
