Somebody else messaged me that the head to toe length was more of a issue because the seat won't go far enough back because of a ledge?
Did you allege that there's a ledge?
I don't know about a 150, but a 152 does have a ledge. But the seats will move as far back as Cessna intended for them to move (notice that the holes for the stop-pins are only on the front half of the tracks). My flying buddy is 6'2" and he doesn't have to move the seat all the way back when he flies.
