Wow, that's an attractive price - and I've flown out of that airport, nice place.
Were I still living in Michigan...
Oh, and the winters aren't that cold, the lower part of the state is surrounded by water on three sides, which keeps it from getting as bitterly cold as midwestern states that are as far north. However, lake effect snow can be monumental. As I recall, that airport had pretty good snow removal.
