I thought I would start a new topic related to our club store products. If the moderators think this would be better somewhere else just do the move please.

I received my Fuel Gauge http://www.cessna150152.com/shop/viewitem.php?productid=29 dipper last week and put it to good use just yesterday. It fits well in the seat back pocket of my newly upholstered seats as well as my hip pocket when mounting the ladder to refuel.

The Fuel Gauge revealed that my left gauge is in fact reading low as when I dipped both sides had 5 gal. remaining.

I was surprised when I still overflowed the starboard tank thinking I was going to 8 gals. blush silly me. So the question is .... look at the pump total or look in the filler neck? Seems the latter will be more important.

Still a very valuable and cost effective device when considering our short fuel supply with standard tanks.
