Well mediation went well and we met with the attorney yesterday to sign the divorce papers. Now the paperwork is off to the courts. The attorney said we will be divorced by years end. Could take two to six weeks till a judge finally gets to the paperwork. As long as he signs off on the settlement agreement as is, it looks like I can keep my plane! If the judge wants to modify anything than I am not sure where I will stand. Lets hope he signs off as is!!
